I lost my dog’s certificate of registration. How can I get a new one?
Write a letter stating that you have lost your dog's certificate of registration. Include your name, address, dog's name and dog's breed. There is a $15.00 reissue fee. You can send this information to: Continental Kennel Club, PO Box 1628, Walker, La. 70785. You can also call our office at 1-800-952-3376 and order a duplicate certificate over the phone with a debit or credit card.
