Appearance: Head: Proportion to body, skull is flat, muzzle is strong. Eyes: Full, slightly oval, dark to black. Ears: Well set, erect. Muzzle: Medium size and well proportioned to head. Nose: Black and self-colored according to coat. Bite: Scissor or level. Neck: Slightly arched, muscular. Topline: Level or slightly sloping. Chest: Well developed and full, moderately broad. Body: Compact and muscular. Legs: Strong boned. Feet: Cat like, strong toes. Tail: Set high, erect, docked to 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Movement: Smooth flowing gait, with graceful movements. Temperament: Alert, and a good family pet.
*The Miniature Pinscher is also know as the Min-Pin and is the top toy breed in Denmark, Holland, and Italy. |
